<strong></strong>Staff Reporter ISLAMABAD: Traders of Islamabad has accused Pakistan Tobacco Company (PTC) for violating agreements and not paying dues. This was stated by the traders of Islamabad while talking to this scribe, they said that tobacco companies can not use conventional methods for advertising their products. PTC had agreements with shop owners of major markets of capital to make sign-boards for shop written name of PTC. Traders said that according to the contract PTC had to pay amount for two years but traders had not received amount by the tobacco company. To get views of representatives of PTC when this scribe tried to contact media coordinator of the company, it was told that he was on leaves. Traders of capital demanded PTC to pay their due amount else they would take the company to court.
