Two more witnesses have been summoned for the next hearing in the Toshakhana 2 case.
The hearing of the Toshakhana 2 case against the founder of PTI and Bushra Bibi was held by Special Judge Central Islamabad Shahrukh Arjumand in Adiala Jail. Imran Khan appeared in the court while Bushra Bibi was absent. Defense lawyers Arshad Tabrez and Qoseen Mufti appeared. Special Public Prosecutor Zulfiqar Abbas Naqvi and Umair Majeed Malik appeared in the court on behalf of the prosecution.
Defense lawyers completed the examination of the fifth prosecution witness Talat. The court summoned two more witnesses for the next hearing and adjourned the hearing till January 20. So far, the testimony of 7 witnesses has been recorded in the case. FIA witnesses Shafqat Mahmood, Talat Mahmood and Umar Siddique also reached Adiala Jail.
