ISLAMABAD: “Youm-e-Dua” against terrorism and for the success of Operation Zarb-e-Azb of Pakistan’s Armed Forces was observed throughout the country Friday on the call of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi with religious and national spirit. Peaceful processions and rallies were taken out on this occasion while prayer gatherings and peaceful protest demonstrations against terrorism were held in all small and big cities and towns including the Federal Capital Islamabad. The Ai’imma Karam and Khutaba in their Juma sermons delivered in Jamia Masajid prayed for early end to terrorism in the country and for the success of ongoing Operation Zarb-e-Azb of the Pakistan’s Armed Forces.
In Islamabad, the central “Youm-e-Dua” rally of the TNFJ Federal Capital Council was staged in front of National Press Club which was led by Allama Raja Basharat Hussain Imami and other Shia-Sunni elite. The participants of the rally demanded to tighten noose around 60 banned groups working with new names.
Zulfiqar Ali Raja presented the special message of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi at the rally. Agha Moosavi in his message said that Pakistan’s Armed Forces were working for saving the Islamic identity and Pakistan’s integrity and the whole nation is standing behind the Pakistan’s Armed Forces like a concrete wall. He expressed the assurance that protectors of the Nishan-e-Haider, the Army imbibed with the Haideri spirit will crush the Marhabi and Abu Lahabi terrorist elements, every conscious citizen of Pakistan is supporting the Pakistan’s Armed Forces from heart and soul, all energies should be spent to unite the nation in the hour of trial, all mutual dissents should be given up and all parties should gather around one platform. He said the time has come to wipe out conspiracies against Pakistan. He demanded of the government to check the elements hurting the elements causing harm to Pakistan by taking money from other countries and tighten noose around banned organisations.
Meanwhile, “Youm-e-Dua” gatherings were also held in other cities including Peshawar, Karachi, Lahore, Quetta, Muzaffarabad, Bagh, Kharmang, Gilgit-Baltistan, Dera Ghazi Khan, Multan, Larkana, Bhakkar, Gujrat, Abbottabad, Dera Ismail Khan, Khairpur Mirs and Hyderabad.
