SUKKUR: Federal Minister for Planning, Development and Special Initiatives Asad Umar said those who considered themselves political gods have gathered against Prime Minister Imran Khan. Asad Umar talked to media in Sukkur on Saturday and said the opposition is doing politics over the coronavirus situation and urged the political opponents to protect the lives of their workers as their own.

He said the federal government will fully cooperate to solve Sindh’s problems, and a development package will be announced for Sukkur and North Sindh. The people of Sindh will also witness change soon, he added. Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) is following the COVID-19 standard operating procedures (SOPs) and not conducting rallies, he said while adding that the opposition can also hold ceremonies by following the coronavirus protocols.
