KARACHI: On Wednesday, the Chief Justice Sindh High Court (CJ SHC) took note of the alleged gang rape of a female in the provincial capital who was a flood victim.
The Chief Justice became aware of the occurrence after reading about it in the news, according to the SHC Registrar. On October 27 at 1 pm, Chief Justice Ahmed Ali M. Shaikh personally called DIG South.
Additionally, SSP Investigation South One was required to personally appear before CJ SHC with the report pertaining to the incident’s investigation.
It should be recalled that earlier, the police acted and detained two individuals after receiving a report of a gang rape of a female who had been a flood victim in Karachi’s Clifton neighbourhood. Additionally, the incident’s vehicle was found.
