Special duty magistrate to hear protesters, police complaints

ISLAMABAD (NNI): On the order of the Islamabad High Court (IHC), a special duty magistrate was appointed for giving relief to participants of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAR) sits-ins.

The magistrate would perform his duty in the court located at F-8 Islamabad for 24 hours for hearing complaints of protesting people of both parties and police in Red Zone.

The magistrate would also monitor activities of participants of sit-ins of PTI and PAT. He would also immediately respond about law and order situation in the capital.

It would be compulsory to inform the magistrate in case of any action in Red Zone.
