Karachi: South Africa has announced a 15-member squad for the three-match ODI series against Pakistan, in which key Proteas players have returned.
According to Cricinfo, the South African team will be led by Temba Bumrah, the host team has selected its strongest squad for the ODI series. Kagiso Rabada, Henrik Klaasen, David Miller, Keshav Maharaj and Tabrez Shamsi have returned to the ODI squad, while 18-year-old fast bowler Kafuina Mafaka has also been made part of the squad and will make his ODI debut.
It should be noted that Kafuina Mafaka also took the most wickets in this yearโs U-19 World Cup. The first match of the series between Pakistan and South Africa will be played on December 17, while the last ODI will be on December 22.
