Sindh CM lays foundation of Orange Line Bus project in Karachi

KARACHI: Chief Minister Sindh Qaim Ali Shah laid foundation of Orange Line Bus project in Karachi on Friday.

The ceremony of the project was held in Orangi Town.

Strict security arrangements were made with heavy contingent of police deployed in the area

While addressing the ceremony, CM Sindh said that Orangi Town has been formed by Shaheed Zulfiqar Bhutto and its major problem is transport.

He said that federal government is cooperating in Green Line project whereas Sindh government is working solely on other projects.

Qaim Ali Shah explained that Orange Line project is 4.7km long and will be completed in one year.

He said that the project will cost Rs45 billion and will help 50,000 people to travel daily. NNI
