ISLAMABAD/SHIKARPUR (INP): On call of chief patron of Supreme Shia Ulama board and chief of Tehreek e Nafaz e Fiqah Jafariya (TNF) Quaid-e-Millat e Jafariya, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, Youm e Sog (mourning Day) was observed across the country and protests held in all major cities of Pakistan to condemn terrorism and demands were made to take action against banned organization.
Addressing to a high level meeting of TNFJ on the occasion, Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that has said that the National Action Plan (NAP) is appreciable however, its implementation is still pending. The tragic incident of Shikarpur is the result of the liberty given to the banned organizations. In order to act upon the action plan faith, conviction, and courage is required. Instead of wasting time on developing new a new force, authorities must be delegated to army and rangers. Eradicating terrorism from the country is not possible without reforming the whole police system. Country’s politics is filled with dissimulation and hypocrisy, those who signed in the favor of Action plan have now started confronting it through their sub organizations, black sheeps of administration and police are trying to fail the National Action Plan by arresting innocent citizens instead of extremists and terrorists, and banning established books on the name of confiscating provocative material.
A complete shutdown was observed for the third consecutive day Sunday in Shikarpur as soyam held for those martyred in suicide blast in the town. Meanwhile, a suspect was arrested while trying to enter the Imambargah Karbal Maula on the occasion of soyam. The detainee was being interrogated.
