Visa applications has been filed to US embassy: claims Qadri

LAHORE: Chief of Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT), Dr. Tahirul Qadri, on Thursday claimed that Sharif family has planned to flee US to prevent accountability.
Qadri affirmed that he would not leave Pakistan without bringing about what he called ‘revolution’ in the country.
“I’m here to forge rule of law, the rule of God and to eliminate corruption and rigging and for the accountability of looters…No matter the government is planning to put me on the ECL, I assure you that I’m not going anywhere,” he said.
He claimed that Sharif family is preparing to flee along with their family servants. Reading out numbers of the applications before media, Qadri claimed that the visa applications has been filed to US embassy.
“They are ready to leave the country to flee accountability. This is a proof against you, but people will not let you do this. I urge masses to come out from your homes for their accountably for each penny they have looted,” said the fiery preacher.
He said that the crackdown on PAT workers demonstrates that the government has admitted its ‘psychological defeat’. “Police and other state institutions are being used by the government for its heinous designs. INP
