LAHORE: Chief Minister Punjab Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif will inaugurate 2 days TEVTA Skills Expo here today (Saturday).
All necessary arrangements have been made to organize this 2 days expo. TEVTA students have placed their projects in this exhibition relating to technical, vocational, service centers which are depicting their skills, imparted to them during their training in our Institutes. It was stated by Chairperson TEVTA Irfan Qaiser Shaikh while addressing to review the progress to arrange TEVTA Skills Expo here yesterday (Friday) at TEVTA Secretariat. Chief Operating Officer Jawad Ahmed Qureshi, General Managers Abdul Qayum, Hamid Ghani Anjum, Engr. Azhar Iqbal Shad, Akhtar Abbas Bharwana and other officers were also present on this occasion.
Irfan Qaiser Shaikh while addressing the officers said that this expo is being held at Expo Center Johar Town. This expo will also generate the spirit of competition amongst our students. Large number of students will take part. Renowned Industries have also placed their stalls. Dignitaries from government departments, academia and private sector will also be invited to make it an interactive session.
Chairperson TEVTA further said that TEVTA is also arranging job opportunities for TEVTA pass-outs. In this regard, human resource heads of various national and multi-national organizations will conduct interviews on the spot. It will also offer an opportunity to business community, general public and especially common students to witness the Projects of TEVTA students across the province of the Punjab under one roof.
