Rangers pull back PTI leader at Wagah Border
LAHORE : Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) vice chairman Shah Mehmood Qureshi on Thursday accidently crossed Zero Line at Wagah Border while shaking hands with Indian tourists from the other side; however he quickly retracted as soon as Ranger pointed it out.
PTI delegate under leadership of Qureshi participated in the Wagah Border parade in solidarity with the Pakistan army and to pay tribute to the Wagah Border tragedy.
According to the detail, a large number of PTI lawmakers and workers turned up at Wagah Border to participate in the parade.
Prior to that, PTI vice chairman said while talking to the media that he has come to pay tribute to the army men and to share grief with families of those killed in deadly attack Sunday. He said that whole nation is united against terrorism.
Qureshi vowed that Pakistanโs flag will always rise high and that the slogans of Allahu Akbar (God is great) will continue to echo. He further expressed the resolve to not to bow before terrorism. Agencies
