According to the sources, there was fighting between the security forces and militants in Tehsil Bara during the operation Khyber-1
The militants threatened the people through their illegal radio that whoever leave homes or support the government’s action would get their houses demolished.
At least six thousand families shifted from Bara and Tirah because of the poor security situation while officials told the media that operation will continue till the end of the terrorists from the area. DNA
