ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Group of Newspaper and Roze News code of conduct is a complete and exemplary document for all media groups in the country this was stated by the participants of Roze News program Analysis with Asif.

Mufti Kifayatullah of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (F), Dr. Muhammad Khan head of department of international relations Nation Defense University and Brigadier (R) Samson Simon Sharaf participated in the program. The participants were particularly critical of a profane advertisement that is being broadcasted by various channels. They said that airing the advertisement that is against Islamic principles and our country’s cultural values merely for financial gains should be condemned by everyone. The guests were of the opinion that if other channels had implemented a code of conduct on the lines of Roze News and Pakistan group of Newspaper such an advertisement would have never made it to television screens.

The guests appreciated Roze News and demanded that other channels also follow the example of Roze and implement their own code of conducts. Roze News also received a lot of feedback by the public soon after the program and appreciated the channel on raising an important issue when other media groups are busy in minting money from the said advertisement.
