RAWALPINDI: Former Interior Minister Rehman Malik failed to appear before a special court to be testified in Benazir Bhutto Murder Case on Monday.
The court ordered the former Interior Minister and PPP leader to appear before the court for his testimony on the next hearing of the case on February 10.
FIA officials had requested the Special Court in an earlier hearing for testimony of Malik in the Benazir Bhutto murder case.
Justice Ayub Marath had granted the request and had ordered Malik to record his statement before the court in the case. However, Malik failed to appear before the court to record his statement.
