Recruitments in Sindh police department purely made on merit: CM spokesperson

KARACHI, Dec 03 (INP): Recruitment in Sindh police department has been made purely on merit and Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) is trying to politic on the issue.

 Spokesperson to Chief Minister Sindh, Syed Qaim Ali Shah said on Wednesday that Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) provincial government strongly believes in supremacy of merit.
 He said that the MQM leaders in their press conference presented four youngsters before media and claimed that they had qualified for recruitment in police department but government refused to issue them appointment orders which were baseless allegations to defame the PPP government.
 He further said, "As a matter fact, the youngsters presented by MQM leaders in the press conference were non residents of Sindh but belong to other provinces instead."
 The CM's spokesperson further said that the government would order an inquiry if someone had been issued fake domicile.
