Says PAT to pressurize govt through revolution, election
FAISALABAD: Chief of Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT), Dr Tahirul Qadri has said that a party which is funded by landlords gets its manifesto sold, whereas PAT will lead its struggle for poor with their money.
Talking to media on Monday, Dr Tahirul Qadri said that the industrialists and landlords influence political parties on the basis of their financial strength, but Awami Tehreek will bring a revolution here with the ‘wealth’ of poor.
Meanwhile, Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) chief Tahirul Qadri has said that he would pressurize the government through revolution and election.
In an interview on Monday, he said, they have changed the mechanism to pressurize the government.
He expressed his intention to contest elections at all levels.
“PAT wants to hold people accountable, there must be electoral reforms followed by elections before the formulation of the national government” he said.
Addressing a press conference in Faisalabad, he asked people to form Pakistan
Awami Tehrik committees at every level and he would issue them the authority. He said the PTI needs vote, note and support of the people to remove the rules.
He vowed to remove the government with the financial support of the poor as he would be working for them.INP
