Web Desk: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Naeem-ul-Haque all but confirmed the allegation leveled by Ayesha Gulalai that he texted her and asked her to marry him.
Naeem, a close aide of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan posted a vague tweet that clearly hinted that he had indeed texted Ayesha Gulalai and asked her to marry him. Naeem in a message posted on Twitter said:
Should I apologise for discussing marriage with Ayesha Gulalai? No I don’t think so. Nothing wrong with that.

Earlier, while speaking in a program Ayesha Gulalai who had alleged Imran Khan of sending her lewd texts claimed that Naeem-ul-Haq also texted her and said that he is ‘alone’ and wants to marry Ayesha.
Update: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Central Secretary Information Shafqat Mahmood, in a tweet Friday morning, claimed that party leader Naeem-ul -Haque’s Twitter account was hacked.
Mahmood said he spoke with Haque, who said ‘false tweets’ regarding former party leader Ayesha Gulalai were posted ‘in his name’.
Haq has also now deleted the tweet in question from his Twitter profile.
