LAHORE: The issue of settling payments between Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and DJ Butt is becoming even more complex after PTI’s Aleem Khan said Butt has already been paid Rs 15 million more than the original bill, adding that the excessive amount will be taken back.
According to details, PTI’s Aleem Khan has said while presenting party’s position that Butt has already been paid Rs 60 million which is Rs 15 million more than the original bill, adding that this amount will be taken back from Butt.
Butt has already been served notice by the party demanding a refund.
DJ Butt managed sound system during the sit-in protests led by PTI in Islamabad for months in a bid to oust the present government.
The DJ is already facing a tax claim worth millions by the Punjab government as well. NNI
