Khurshhed shahSUKKUR,: Senior leader of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) and Leader of the Opposition in National Assembly (NA) Syed Khursheed Shah has denounced Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) for dragging army into politics.

Talking to media persons here on Sunday, Khurshid Shah said that the two political parties staging sit-ins and protest in the federal capital don’t believe in supremacy of parliament and constitution.

“Their (PAT and PTI) fight is against the Parliament,” he opined.

The Opposition Leader claimed that masses were fed up of sit-ins and protest demonstrations as it was government’s job to restore law and order.

He said that state institutions including armed forces should not be involved in politics.

Responding a question, Khurshid Shah said that PPP doesn’t want to do politics on floods.

He made it clear that the Parliament will not accept any unconstitutional demand of the protesting parties.
