ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PMLN) leaders on Wednesday criticised Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PIT) for what they said was its failure to present any tangible evidence in the Panamagate case.
Taking to media after hearing of Panamagate case at Supreme Court, lawmaker Talal Chaudhry said that those trying to remove Nawaz Shairf had failed miserably.
He said that Imran can’t secure verdict in his favour by changing counsel, leveling allegations and telling incessant lies. He urged PTI to bring evidence rather than staging a drama.
State Minister for Information and Broadcasting Maryum Aurangzaib also harshly criticized PTI chairman. He said that though PTI changed its counsel, but it arguments remained the same.
She said that Prime Minister cannot resign merely on PTI’s demand, adding that if they have any evidence they should present in the Supreme Court.
