ISLAMABAD: Ex. Election Commission Secretary Kunwar Dilshad has claimed that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf may win more than 90 National Assembly seats as people are frustrated from Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz and Pakistan Peoples Party, however, all depend upon polling turnout.
He expressed these views in the Roze TV famous political talk show ‘Sachi Bat’ that is hosted by renowned journalist and Chairman Roze TV Sardar Khan Niazi, he further said that people have fed up from the rhetoric of tested political parties and are looking forward to give chance to the new party.
Meanwhile, Sardar Khan Niazi hoped that this time turnout will be more than previous elections, but he stressed the need of fool proof security arrangements to halt any untoward incident to maximize the voting turnout. He also said that people must use power of vote to elect their leaders and should not show negligence in this regard as it is also a national duty.
Talking in the show senior analyst Ahmad Raza Khan Kasuri has said that no party will get the majority to form government and independent candidates will have the key role in forming the government. He said that independent candidates usually join the parties that are in position to form government. Staff Reporter
