KARACHI: Chief of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Pakistan, Dr Farooq Sattar on Sunday said that National Action Plan (NAP) has not been completely implemented and in addition to federation, provinces are responsible in the issue.
Addressing media in Karachi on Sunday Sattar said that local bodies should also have been included in NAP but provincial governments committed grave mistakes.
Earlier Dr Sattar alleged Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) of restricting its anti-corruption movement to dining room and not taking practical steps to curb widespread corruption in institutions.
It was then as well that Dr Sattar criticised the provincial governments and the federation over alleged failure of National Action Plan.
