ISLAMABAD (DNA):President Mamnoon Hussain on Monday attended the oath-taking ceremony of Afghan President Ashraf Ghani in Kabul.

Senior Pakistani politicians Asfandyar Wali Khan, Mehmood Achakzai and Aftab Sherpao also attended the ceremony.

The Foreign Ministry says, “The President’s participation in the inauguration ceremony underscores Pakistan’s consistent support for peaceful democratic transition in Afghanistan.”
