ISLAMABAD: Pakistan People Party (PPP) has once again called for appointment of full time foreign minister while the Opposition leader in National Assembly Khursheed Shah on Wednesday said that “the party’s four demands are simple and have no political aims”.

On occasion of inauguration of signature campaign against Indian forces atrocities on Kashmiris outside parliament house, the Opposition leader said that “We don’t want war with India but Kashmir issue must be resolved as per aspirations of people of Kashmir.”

He said that the PPP has raised Kashmir dispute at every forum and he stressed the rulers that they should follow clear policy on Kashmir and there is need of full time foreign minister, adding that elected foreign minister has his own language and power.

Khursheed Shah said that “we adopted stance against terrorism and formed committee against it as well and we did never go outside parliament adding that courts were granted powers through constitution and the parliament which gave constitution and law could do a lot.

Shah further added that a person who is political, comes from public and he has courage while masses have their power above the politician, however, our demands are not for political gains but they are in interest of the country.
