ISLAMABAD, Nov 18 (INP): Chief of Awami Muslim League (AML) Sheikh Rashid Ahmed on Tuesday claimed that the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) is standing by the government so that its co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari could get his NAB cases closed.
Talking to media, Sheikh Rashid clarified that he had asked to burn the ‘system’ from which a single family is benefiting, instead of all the poor. The AML chief said that he is frustrated with a system in which the ministers confess laundering the money.
He also said that fake assemblies are short-term and they are not an actual platform for public representation.
He alleged that the government has broken all the records of corruption.
