scuffle

LAHORE: The police were seen helpless and unable to handle the constant scuffles between the passionate workers and supporters of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N).

The polling took place in Lahore’s NA-122 and PP-147 constituencies after which brawls and scuffles were seen between both parties’ workers.

According to details, the scuffle between workers erupted at Garhi Shahu area right after the first result was announced. The loud chanting of slogans by PML-N workers right after the first result was announced provoked PTI supporters to respond as well.

The loud chanted soon turned into a physical while leaders of both parties kept on advising supporters to remain peaceful.
