PM’s resignation only way out: Imran

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan said on Sunday that there’s no other solution to the ongoing political crisis than Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s resignation.

Addressing ‘Azadi March’ participants, he said Nawaz Sharif will have to resign at least until the election rigging allegations are investigated.

He said if the inquiry commission rules the elections were fair, Nawaz Sharif can be reinstated to the premiership.

PTI chief said that he will accept the conclusion of inquiry commission regardless of what the conclusion is.

He said Nawaz Sharif is sending his team for dialogue today, urging government to remove containers.

He said these containers and barriers cannot rescue the regime, adding that the ‘freedom movement’ is about to spread in the whole country.

Imran Khan said he can’t even think of marriage because he doesn’t have the time right now. He said he will have enough time to think about marriage once he is successful in creating a ‘new Pakistan’.

He also said that two major politicians will join the movement PTI today. Agencies
