PM’s disqualification: LHC judge suggests larger bench

LAHORE: Lahore High Court (LHC) judge Justice Shams Mahmood Mirza on Thursday recommended to form full bench to hear petition seeking Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan’s disqualification.

During the hearing, the judge said that it’s an important case for which, establishment of full bench is needed. Meanwhile, the plaintiff alleged PM of inciting people for civil disobedience. The court should disqualify Imran Khan under article 62, he pleaded. DNA

    PM is not inciting any one. The complainant shoul be charged for telling a big lie.
