PM, Punjab CM lament Lahore Bedian Road blast, order to submit report

LAHORE: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and Chief Minister of Punjab (CM) Shehbaz Sharif have expressed deep grief over the suicide blast that occurred on Lahore’s Bedian Road on Wednesday.

According to details, PM Nawaz has paid tribute to the martyrs of Pakistan Army.

Shehbaz Sharif has ordered the authorities to ensure proper medical treatment to the victims. He has also directed Inspector General (IG) Punjab to submit report of the mishap as early as possible.

On the other hand, Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, Sindh Governor and Chief Minister and Pak Sarzameen Party (PSP) chief Mustafa Kamal have also criticized the attack and demanded investigation into the matter.
