PM discusses political, economic situation with Nisar and Dar

ishaqISLAMABAD: Ministers for Interior and Finance Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan and Ishaq Dar met the Prime Minister here on Tuesday, exchanged views on political and economic situation and considered different options on ending the sit-ins of PAT and PTI peacefully.

According to sources the Interior Minister congratulated the Prime Minister for forcefully raising the Kashmir issue at the UN General Assembly and thus represented the sentiments of the people of Pakistan and Kashmir.

He said that there is need to resolve all issues with India through dialogue but the Kashmir issue has special significance. The Prime Minister agreed with the Interior Minister.   The sources said that Finance Minister Dar informed the Prime Minister about losses to economy due to sit-ins. He also exchanged views with the Prime Minister about the efforts of political Jirga for resumption of negotiations with PTI and PAT.
