RIYADH: Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif today attended the 21-nation Muslim military parade at King Khalid Military City in Saudi Arabia.
The parade was held at the conclusion of North Thunder military exercise.
Army Chief General Raheel Sharif accompanied the Prime Minister.
Both the leaders are in Saudi Arabia on the invitation of Khadim-e-Haramain Al-Sharifain King Salman bin Abdul Aziz.
Pakistan was the only country whose fighter aircraft performed aerobatics. These included performance by two JF-17 Thunder Aircraft and the famous Sherdil formation with its eight Karakoram-8 aircraft.
The Pakistani SSG Commandoes performed free fall in the parade.
Meanwhile, the Prime Minister along with King Salman bin Abdul Aziz and other leaders offered prayers at the Royal Guest House Mosque.
