KARACHI: On Monday morning during interbank trade, the Pakistani rupee decreased by Rs2.23 versus the US dollar.
By 10:30 a.m., intraday trading was taking place with the dollar at Rs283. Yet, during the prior trading week, the Pakistani rupee appreciated by Rs2.31 in relation to the US dollar.
In the interbank market, the dollar ended last Friday at Rs280.77.
