PHF announces 15-member squad

PHF announces 18-member squad for Junior Hockey World Cup - ARYSports.tv

LAHORE: The Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) has announced 15 probables for the national training camp being organised for a five-a-side event to be held in Lausanne on June 4.

All the players selected for the camp have been instructed to report to head coach Olympian Rehan Butt here at the National Hockey Stadium on Sunday. Olym­pian Waqas Sharif will act as assistant coach.

The national hockey squad will leave for Switzerland on June 2.

Probables: Waqar (Wapda), Haider Manzoor (Sahiwal), Mohibullah (Bannu, Wapda), Omar Mustafa (Wah Cantt, PAF) Ehtesham (Wah Cantt, Mari Petroleum), Hassan Amin (Multan), Aqeel Ahmed (Wapda), Tazeem Al Hassan (Wapda), Abdul Rehman (Kasur, Wapda), Murtaza Yaqoob (Lahore, Mari Petroleum), Afraz (Peshawar, Mari Petroleum), Arshad Liaqat (Bahawalpur), Abuzar (Faisalabad), Shahzeb Khan (Karachi), Mohsin Hassan (PAF).
