ISLAMABAD: Sardar Khan Niazi, Chief Editor of the Pakistan Group of Newspapers and Chairman of Roze News TV, talked in Sachi Baat. In the program, SK Niazi discussed about the Nawaz Sharif life ban, concerns over the judges of inquiry commission and IK absence from JIT hearing on Tuesday. SK Niazi said country is passing through a very critical phase. In this tough time, we must stand as one nation, he added. Chairman of Roze News TV appealed to the people of Pakistan regarding to 9th May vandalism and said “People must respect and protect our historical heritages rather than destroying or damaging.”

Replying to a question regarding the concerns over the judges of inquiry commission, PTI Senator Zafar Ali said that SC has concerns on the formation process of inquiry commission not on the purpose of inquiry commission. Approval from CJ was not taken before the formation of the inquiry commission, he added.

Senator said President is also the part of the parliament system that’s why he wants make things easy for everyone.  He also claimed that Nawaz Sharif will not get any relief from the Review of Judgments and Orders Act 2023, although he has filed many petitions for that purpose. He raised a question that when Jinnah House was set on fire, where was the state administration?  He said govt created situation of hatred and rivalry.

Answering to a question, Law Expert Arif Chauhdry said that before appointing a judge expect from his duty one must ask CJ approval. Chauhdry cleared that Govt has no right to appoint a judge in a commission on its own. He criticized that “reason behind the inquiry commission was to put judiciary against the wall. Never in the history was a judges humiliated by pointing out his name, he added. He also cleared that laws are always made for the public ease not for specific goals. He claimed that Review of Judgments and Orders Act 2023 passed from the parliament for Nawaz Sharif and Jahangir Tareen. Mr. Arif told that political parties lack political power among them. Law Expert stressed on that “Army is utmost important for us and as well as for the country.

Mirza Ikhityar Baig , renowned economist shared his views and updated that IMF is giving relief to Sudan but playing delay tactics with us. He raised a concerning question that Pakistan don’t have enough foreign reserves to pay back the huge debt. He said it’s alarming that how Pakistan will pay back 9000 billion debts? He also said that IMF setting new conditions every day.

Responding to the question, PML (N) leader said the situation going on now days is not good sign. She criticized IK and said IK trained the youth for 9th May vandalism. PTI damaged the military installations, they insulted the martyrs and created chaos in the whole country, she added. PML (N) leader said “Train mind was behind burning of ambulances and schools on 9th May” . She also gave example of PDM protest in front of SC that how peaceful was their protest as compared to the PTI 9th May vandalism. She claimed that “History never witnessed such a horrible and alarming situation before.”

Security forces foiled an attempt to infiltrate into Pakistan from Afghanistan and killed 3 terrorists. According to the Public Relations Department of the Pakistan Army, ISPR, the security forces conducted an operation near the Pakistan-Afghan border in Zhob and foiled the attempt of the outlawed TTP terrorists to infiltrate into Pakistan from Afghanistan.
