LAHORE: Paramedical staff of Service Hospital Lahore on Tuesday staged a protest against non-payment of salaries and boycotted outpatients department (OPD).
The employees held a rally inside the hospital and chanted slogans against the administration.
Addressing the protesters, their leaders said that they had not been given salaries for four months which forced them to protest. They complained that the government had failed to implement their decided service structure plan despite its approval.
They warned of intensified protest in case their demands were not met.
