ISLAMABAD: The verbal clash between Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PMLN) and Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) continued on Friday.
PTI information secretary Naeemul Haq told media that all the information has been provided to the bench and no doubt remains in the case. He expressed hope that the verdict will be declared till the next week.
‘Sharif family say that their name is not listed anywhere. The reason is that they have hidden their name. This is the crime that they have committed. The verdict will be declared by the Supreme Court (SC) on this issue,’ he said.
PTI spokesman Fawad Chaudhry said that it was revealed in June 2012 that Maryam Nawaz is the owner of Minerva and the properties were bought by the money of Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif.
‘We have submitted evidence in the court against Maryam Nawaz’s statement that she is a beneficiary and not an owner. The evidence proves that she is providing a false statement,’ he pronounced.
On the other hand, PMLN leader Talal Chaudhry talking to media outside Supreme Court said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) is forcefully linking Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s name with the case.
He said PTI is continuously telling lies in the court and misleading the judges. He said PTI members were bashing trust deed before and now they have suddenly accepted it. INP
