According to the joint statement issued after the meeting, the four foreign ministers rejected the claims of Afghan Taliban not to give shelter to any terrorist group including TTP.
The foreign ministers of the four countries expressed deep concern over the security situation related to terrorism in Afghanistan and said that the terrorist groups ISIS, Al-Qaeda, East Turkestan Islamic Movement (ETIM), Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) , Jaish-ul-Adl, Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA) and Majeed Brigades are hiding in Afghanistan and continue to pose a serious threat to regional and global security.
