Web desk: Pakistan and India will take on each other in a 3-match One-Day Internationals and a 2-match T20 series in Sri Lanka. The series is likely to start late in December next month and will conclude in January , 2016. Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has given the Pakistan Cricket Board the green signal to go ahead with the series with arch rivals India.
The series was supposed to be held in Pakistan but after reservations of India the neutral venue of United Arab Emirates was suggested which was refused by India. However after much deliberation and help in the negotiation process by the England Cricket Board (ECB) it was agreed that the series will be held in Sri Lanka.
The schedule of the ODI as well as the T20 series will be updated as soon as it is finalized.
