ISLAMABAD: Barrister Zafarullah Khan, Special Assistant
to the Prime Minister (SAPM) and Minister of State for Economic
Affairs Division, has said that Pakistan is progressing with every
passing day and every Pakistani will have to play its role for
bringing positive changes in our society.
Barrister Zafarullah Khan was addressing the concluding session of a two-day “National Conference on Protection Mechanism of Children, Youth & Women and Show Casing of Madadgaar National Helpline as Best Practices Model of Public Private Partnership” in Islamabad Wednesday.
He said that it is very positive that steps are being taken regarding human rights in Pakistan and those who are working for human rights are laudable. He also appreciated Madadgaar National Helpline for its role regarding human rights.
Barrister Zafarullah said that presently our people are more aware regarding human rights and they are giving positive response to steps for human rights. He said that we will have to take forward those measures which are being taken for protecting rights of women, children and youth.
SAPM said that it is also very encouraging sign that our females are active in every field of life and hoped that future of Pakistan is bright.
Barrister Zafarullah Khan also awarded certificates to volunteers on this occasion.
