ISLAMABAD: Pakistan have dropped to ninth position in ICC One Day International Rankings, this is Pakistan’s lowest ever ranking in One Day International Cricket. It also means that Pakistan will miss out on Champions trophy 2017 if they fail to get to number eight before 30 September, 2015.

The only two teams below Pakistan in the ODI rankings are Zimbabwe and Ireland. Pakistan have plunged to number nine after Bangladesh clean sweeped the Green Shirts in their latest ODI series after the World Cup. Pakistan are now stranded on ninth with just 87 ranking points, one less than both West Indies and Bangladesh who both have 88 rankings points.
