MAIDAN (INP): Free medical camp was arranged by Pak Army in Gumbat Banda Maidan Lower Dir. Patients from far areas came to the camp and got benefited from this welfare activities of Pak Army.
It is note-worthy that Gumbat Banda is a remote village of Maidan, no basic health facilities are available here. Even for simple tablets one has to travel for 22 KM to Lal Qilla Hospital. Beside peace restoration, Pak Army is playing very active role in developmental work and the availability of basic facilities of life.
Pak army is arranging free medical camps in the very remote areas of Madian. The camp was started at 9:00 AM and continued till 4:00 PM. Men, women and children attended the camp and 400 patients were examined and provided free medicines. People of the area appreciated the initiatives of Pak Army and thanked them. Dr. Capt Hayat Ullah and Dr. Capt Abdul Qudus checked the patients and provided necessary treatment.
