SWABI: A trainer jet of Pakistan Air Force (PAF) crashed during a training mission in Swabi district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Monday morning, injuring two pilots, officials said.
As per details, the jet took off from Risalpur Airbase on a routine operational training mission and crashed in Shah Mansoor area of Swabi due to a technical fault.
Rescue teams and security teams reached the area while the pilots were taken to Bacha Khan Medical Complex in an unconscious state for medical attendance.
An eye-witness stated that the aircraft was jerking before it came down from the sky. The injured pilots were rushed to Bacha Khan Medical Complex where both are in stable condition.
