NAWABSHAH/ CHITRAL (INP): At least three persons were killed and 10 others injured as a passenger bus over turned here on Sunday.
Police said that the accident took place at Dour Road in Nawabshah where an over speeding bus turned turtle. Three persons were killed on the spot while 10 others sustained wounds.
The casualties were moved to local hospital for medico-legal formalities.
In another road mishap, at least three persons were killed and another injured when a car fell into a gorge here on Sunday.
Police said that the accident took place in Douma Duomi area of Chitral where an over speeding private vehicle with four persons on board skidded off road and plunged into a deep ravine by roadside.
As a result of the accident three persons died on the spot while another sustained wounds.
The injured person was rushed to hospital where according to medics his condition was also serious.
