ISLAMABAD: Opposition parties in the National Assembly strongly protested Tuesday over not presentation of the News Leaks Inquiry Report in the House and demanded for a debate on it in the Parliamentary Committee for National Security.
Speaking on a point of order, PTI’S Dr Shireen Mazari demanded the News Leak inquiry report must be presented in the National Assembly. The PTI member said issues relating to national security have been sorted out behind the closed door while details are not in the knowledge of any body. She said if it is not an issue of national security, then Corps Commanders and Interior Minister must disassociate from their stance.
