ISLAMABAD: The new Hajj policy is under preparation in consultation with all stakeholders.
This was stated by Minister for Religious Affairs, Sardar Muhammad Yousaf while replying to a question in Senate on Thursday afternoon.
He said a number of proposals have been received from provinces and other stakeholders and these are being considered while formulating the new policy.
Minister for Information Pervaiz Rashid told the House that NAB recovered over 5.72 billion rupees from January, 2013 to March 2015.
Minister for Petroleum Shahid Khaqan Abbasi says 183 billion rupees have been collected since January under Gas Infrastructure Development Cess.
During question hour, he said the amount will be spent on Iran-Pakistan Gas Pipeline, TAPI, LNG or other ancillary infrastructure development projects.
He said work on Reko Diq Copper Gold Project is currently closed under the Balochistan cabinet decision and an Australian company has gone to arbitration before International Centre for settlement of investment disputes.
