Nawas shabazLAHORE: A meeting between Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and Chief Minister of Punjab Shahbaz Sharif was held at Jati Umra in Raiwand on Sunday to discuss the ongoing political crisis and devastation by floods in Punjab.

According to reports, the two leaders were of the opinion that the sit-ins should be brought to an end through political dialogue and welcomed the efforts of the opposition jirga in this connection.

They however reiterated that the government would not accept any unconstitutional demand of the protestors.
