ISLAMABAD: The National Accountability Bureau on Wednesday summoned Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) candidate of NA-117 constituency, former federal minister Barjees Tahir on July 20 over corruption charges.
The politician who is a former federal minister is accused of corruption in gas supply in NA-135 (Nankana Sahib-I and Sheikhupura) constituency, a notification issued by the anti-graft body said. Tahir is contesting the upcoming polls from NA-117 constituency on a PML-N ticket. The bureau has summoned Tahir on July 20. INP
