During the course of inquiry it revealed that the government land measuring 28 kanal situated at Mauza Shahdhand Peshawar was leased out for one year to Anwar Khan. After that one Fazal Qadeem filed a suit against the said Anwar Khan in civil court and misled the court that Anwar Khan had sold the above mentioned land to him.
In the affidavit submitted before the court, it was fraudulently shown that the said land is owned by Anwar Khan. The Court decreed the suit ex-parte. After lapse of almost 13 years, Fazal Qadeem submitted an application to District Revenue Officer/Collector Mr. Khalid Saleem Marwat to direct Sub-Registrar for registration of the illegally gotten Court decree. Thus with the active connivance of all accused persons, the state land was registered in the name of private person and caused a loss of approximately Rs. 300 million to the national exchequer. The accused persons will be produced before the Accountability Court Peshawar for obtaining their physical remand.
