ISLAMABAD: Speaker National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq on Tuesday took serious notice of a nine-hour long power breakdown in Parliament House and directed the officials to hold investigation into the matter.
As per details, NA’s transformer witnessed technical glitch and stopped working on Sunday after which the house faced power outage till 4:00 pm. The staff attempted to hide the real cause of power failure from the authorities however, the speaker ordered to investigate the matter as early as possible.
